Beginning of March

3/1 - March comes in like a soggy lion: the remnants of our latest ice storm.

Daddy had big plans for this soggy, wintry day, making soft pretzels! It was a real blast from our past.

Nothing like having two weeks off from school only to be doing homework on Sunday night.

3/2 - Back at school, back to the park. All the melted snow and ice left us with a muddy creek. Somehow the kids didn't get the memo that snow boots are supposed to decrease the mess not make it worse.

3/3 - A little iPad time on Sydney's couch.

3/4 - Outside cleaning up the back yard. Sydney is camouflaged in all the branch wreckage from the ice storm.

3/7 - Meghan getting an up close view of me taking her picture.

Later that morning Meghan went to a birthday party where the children got to make their own pizzas.

Chef Meghan!

Last one sitting at the table, she's finishing her handy work!

3/8 - Sunday dinner at Player's. Meghan is too cool for school.

Clara always helps the time pass waiting for her food with a book.

Tasty burgers and chips!

3/10 - Meghan is doing a trial run for St. Patrick's day with her green tights to match the green play-doh we made for her to take to school.

3/11 - On Tuesday we had a special mid-week visit from Gramby & Su-su on their way to Greensboro to see the ACC Men's Basketball tournament. Meghan took a turn with Gramby's hat.

Snuggle time with Grambles.

3/12 - Riding through the parking lot in style after shopping at Whole Foods.

3/14 - Meghan swinging, impressing Gramby with her self-taught ability to pump.
