Look at me posting about a month that we currently are in!
Early February was indeed filled with some treats and delights, celebrating both Valentine's day and Mardi Gras this year. In between the holidays we took advantage of the good weather days at the park and tried to make the most of the cold and/or rainy days inside.
Feb. 4: Part of a new exercise plan of trying to walk Tuesdays and Thursday mornings, we enjoyed some time at the park at the end of our walk.
Feb. 6: Joining the ranks of Costco, Meghan and Jack waited very patiently while I signed up for a membership. The frozen blueberries alone make it worth it for our family.
Meghan continues to foil me at every turn. This scene is not uncommon but was a slap in the face on this particular day because I had just finished picking up and arranging these two drawers after they'd been strewn about for several days when she came along minutes later and emptied them.
Feb. 9: Meghan is apparently shopping for herself and some silicon caulk.
Feb.14: We received some very special Valentine's this year.
Jack painted this at his new preschool.
Jack wrote his name and pasted it to the bag he decorated to hold his own Valentine's from his classmates.
Clara got very elaborate with her creations, using a multitude of techniques. She cut out hearts from previous water color paintings and even glued some edges onto them.
