Christmas Adam!
Somebody has been working hard at night to get all those packages wrapped!
After being decimated by a stomach bug on Brec's birthday, we mainly hung around the house on Saturday (aka Christmas Adam's Eve) and recovered. On Christmas Adam we were all feeling well again and ventured out into the world to Five Guys and then the toy store across the street. Nothing like having the kids play in a toy store two days before Christmas to stress you out.
Once again, perfect photo op with nothing to show from it. The only picture that's in focus has only one child looking at the camera, and the rest from the attempt consist of various poses and faces.
Running out on the village green
Later on that night while the big kids are sacked out watching the Grinch, Meghan be-bops.
Christmas Eve!
I'm not exactly sure what we did all day, but after finally getting out of the house to deliver some gifts, we were back home to bake cookies!
Chaos in the kitchen, prepping to make peanut butter kiss/bell cookies.
Later on waiting for our dinner of "big pasta" (aka Carbonara), we sent this picture to Lucy in response to a martini picture from her.
Christmas day! Our first ever in Raleigh.
Not too many pictures, most of the time was spent in the moment. Here the two big kids are playing with Meghan's toys. Standard.
And where was Meghan? off climbing the ladder to the bunk beds.
Out of the house dressed in their Christmas finest, headed through the woods and over the river to Grandmother's house. (Yes, Clara was a little verklempt at the time, who can remember why.)
