After Christmas there was lots of time to relax and play. Here is one of our creations with the new super fort. Check out those vaulted ceilings.

We had several family get-togethers after Christmas. On Sunday the Blounts came down for dinner and a sleep-over. Aunt Betts didn't disappoint with her presents to the kids. Check out Clara's new tutu!

The following day we spent at Su-su & Gramby's and enjoyed a lunch with Gigi & Aunt Virginia.

Also we were treated to a visit by my friend Alex who drove her shiny new Prius down from DC on her birthday. What a birthday treat for us! She was excited to meet Jack, and I think he returned the sentiment.
Thanks to Nay-nay, I was able to take Alex out for a birthday lunch sans children. Happy Birthday to me. Here are two videos she shot while I wasn't around. Clara playing and Jack attacking her.
