Three weekends ago (as evident by the glowing dates in the corners of the pictures) we took a day trip to Wrightsville beach with Su-su and Gramby. We were a little worried about the long drive there and back for a day trip, but it was well worth the fun the kids had. The sand bar was forming just as we arrived and continued to provide entertainment via a tidal pool throughout the afternoon. Definitely a success!

It was a fun day, wasn't it. We seem to have good luck, tidal pool wise :-)
